If you are a customer of Binary Book, please be aware that as of the 8th February 2016, once a Winding Up Petition is granted, the Official Receiver and then Liquidator will be taking control of the website, investments and domain name.
WBS Investment Ltd provided no defence to a Statutory Demand. We are therefore legally entitled to Wind Up their company. As a client/investor, this will affect your funds. Please contact us immediately if you wish to be a supporting creditor at the forthcoming Hearing.
All customers of Binary Book should be aware that upon you attempting to withdraw funds, Binary Book will not allow you to do this. They will not allow you to withdraw profit. It appears as if this company are trading fraudulently and the respective enforcements agencies around the world are being notified.
They are not a regulated company in the UK by the FCA. They are therefore trading illegally. Do not place any further investment with them until you have sought advice from a Solicitor/Lawyer.
